Garage overhaul

Decided to clean up the garage so the ST3 can hibernate ;)

Added the before and after, so pleased with the results!

It's not done yet. The following things will be added:

- Motorlift
- Epoxy coating on the floor
- Electric garage door
- Sink and watertap
