Nothing

Went to go on a ride at 9am this morning. put the key in Betty, and nothing no light no nothing. I've checked every fuse on the bike. still nothing I even checked the battery ( Fully charged). I am dumb founded. I'm even called the bike shop. they told me to do everything I already checked. Is there a fuse or fuses that are hidden some where. 2004 Honda Vtx 1300s. I really need advice on this.

if all the fuses test as ok, then maybe try removing each fuse one at a time, if something is causing a short then isolating it and observing a different result to nothing at all happening might give you some more questions at least to work with.

JoeRider, yeah maybe, my next door neighbor said something about that but said test each circuit that the fuse goes into. I've done almost everything, except take the bike apart. let me try it your way to see what results I get. I will post something in a few here with what I find.

Barry, I'm no mechanic but if I can offer any useful advice ? no power at all, could also be a simple issue - have had same from a faulty kill switch (after being totally stumped by a no power problem)

some good advice for the VTX here https://www.vtxoa.com/threads/no-electricity-on-2004-honda-vtx-1300c.326061/#post-3505512

apparently should also be a 30amp main fuse near the starter relay - some other good troubleshooting tips there, good luck with it! hopefully a quick fix

I had a Shadow and they seemed to have a common issue with the ignition switch. Maybe a similar issue with the VTX?

Mr. Daddy, I had checked everything done every test known to man. Even Called the Honda Dealer. Everyone was stumped. So I posted my issue here. So yesterday I did a fuse check again. And again all fuses checked out good. So I turned to YouTube, And I found out there is one fuse hidden from humans. Youtube showed me where it was. 30 amp fuse pulled it out and sur enough it was blown. replaced it and BAM. The Betty started right up. so now I'm just waiting for the rain to stop so I can Ride.

ok I figured out why it kept blowing fuses. I had a wire from my radio that had been smashed and was touching metal. I fixed that and now it's doing good.
