Professional Automotive tech here. it's the same with most car dealers. If it's 10 years or older there is a good chance you won't be able to get service or find parts at a dealership of any kind. There's where aftermarket repair facilities come in. Typically they are the ones to really get shit done for you. Even if you can't find the parts... Which by the way with the way supplies have been in this covid world, more often then not you really just have to make things work and/or substitute parts if you must.
