What options do I have for rear preload adjuster?

I can’t find a rebuild kit and it’s leaking. I could shim it close to max setting and leave it but I hate when I don’t have adjustability. What are your thoughts?

    My friend had the same issue. He tried o-rings but they did not hold up. He ended up putting the progressive rear spring in and without preload it is better than stock at max preload.
