Honda VFR400R 1995 → V4 Restoration Project "Pocket Rocket" Part 3(2)

Having removed the knee, one can rejoice, the inserts look good, no rotation detected)

Disassembled the heads, cleaned everything from carbon deposits, lapped the valves, and reassembled them.

Did a leak test, everything holds fine.

Refreshed the valve covers

Cleaned the very gasket.

Disassembled the titanium can, it's actually made of titanium.

Decided to go the hard way of crafting a replica of this can, I don't have any titanium, so it will just be an imitation.

The beginning is laid, 1881 holes drilled)
