Honda VFR400R 1995 → V4 Restoration Project "Pocket Rocket" Part 3(5)

Sprayed the head gaskets with a special spray.
Assembled the engine, tightened everything, set the marks, adjusted the valves.
Moved on to the exhaust:
It turned out that a small bushing connecting the elbow to the rear head was missing.
Machined it on a lathe.
The bike was assembled and finally moved from the house to the garage.
It was time for the suspension:
Repacked all the bearings with grease, tightened the linkage with the correct torque.
Removed the eccentric, the circlip was very difficult to remove for a reason familiar to all VFR owners:
As usual, someone had used a screwdriver in such a way that they bent the tabs inward, the eccentric shifted and pinched the circlip.
Straightened it out as best as I could, I’ll need to make a tool for chain tensioning in the future.
