Kitty Hawk has recently presented its “flying bike”.

A personal aircraft is a dream of many people living in megalopolises because of the traffic jam. There were several tries to develop and produce the flying mototrcycle in the past, but they were just prototypes. The boom started in 2015-2016 (Aerocar, Moller M400).

The Kitty Hawk Flyer prototype is powered by an electric engine, eight propellers, a large battery pack and controls like a motorcycle. The Flyer weighs only 100 kg, so you won’t need a license from the FAA to fly it.
