Taiwan customizer Winston Yehdecided to try his hand at building a Baggerbased on 2012 Harley-Davidson Road King.The project was named as "Noir King".Winston and his crew have really impressive portfolio, which speaks for itself. Taiwan builders know their stuff. If they take the project up, they’ll try to make it perfectly well. The guys have never built a bagger before, but the time has come.

Winston had to decide how much of the Bagger scene he would adopt and what portion of the bike would remain in signature Rough Crafts style.

“I always think the coolest look for a Bagger is to have no exhausts coming out, so the bags and fender creates a full ‘skirt’ look from the rear,” Winston Yeh said.
