The bespoke two-wheeled machine you see here is a fascinating one-man exploit undertaken by a fellow named Omar Biagi. The sheer level of meticulous craftmanship that’s gone into this thing is absolutely staggering, so let’s dive in for a closer look at this sexy beast.

Before getting treated to Biagi’s custom therapy, this bike was an ordinary 2001 variant from Moto Guzzi’s V11 family. From the factory, the donor in question is brought to life by a longitudinally mounted 90-degree V-twin behemoth that boasts a generous displacement of 1,064cc.

At 7,800 rpm, the air-cooled colossus generates 91 hp, along with a torque output of 70 pound-feet (94 Nm) at 6,000 revs. A six-speed gearbox channels this force to a shaft final drive, enabling Mandello del Lario’s predator to run the quarter-mile in just 12.4 seconds.

Omar’s one-off venture began with the fabrication of a unique aluminum attire that keeps things looking rad. It consists of a handmade fender at the front and a retro-style tail section on the opposite end, with a new gas tank tucked in between. Additionally, a tiny single-seater saddle replaces the V11’s factory module.

Next, the machine’s electrics have been overhauled using a selection of modern components, including a Power Commander control unit and a pair of lithium-ion batteries. The cockpit comes equipped with a Motogadget Motoscope Classic gauge and clip-on handlebars wearing bar-end mirrors and minute turn signals.

The rear end houses a fresh license plate holder and a round LED taillight item keeping it free of any clutter. To top it all off, Biagi honored the V-twin leviathan with a premium set of pod filters and a Mass Moto exhaust system for improved airflow. Finally, the entire structure received a magnificent color scheme, complemented by brushed alloy surfaces on its custom bodywork.
