first ride today. so good. didn't get to go far though due to restrictions. backed up by the wife on her wheels

made it all the way home then dropped the bastard. newbie errors. can't wait for my gear indicator to arrive so I know what gear I'm in. all learning though. love it.

poor bugger, dropping your bike when you get home would of sucked. I dropped a bike 2 months ago, after I took a deposit for it as I was selling it... thought I'd take it for one last ride. happens to all of us sometime

  Karl Janzik, rookie mistake on my part. there is a really tight off camber turn onto a hill with a nasty elevation right before my house. unfortunately I hadn't dropped down to second. released the clutch, rolled on the throttle, but was still in third. bike stalled on the incline and the rest is history.
