What video blogging camera do you use when riding?

I highly recommend go pro if you want to do most everything with your camera and phone. If you do edits on your cpu, then you can use most anything. Storage becomes a problem rather quickly.

yeah you can transmit data and control the GoPro through wifi signal from camera and edit with the app.

Use the go pro. But here is my advice. Normal video use 1080 x 25 format. Very good quality and does not chew up memory or battery.
For slow motion detail go for higher frame rate.
For scenery go for higher resolution.
Keep shots to short times.
Pan and zoom slower than you think is right. Mix up the POV in you movie.
