Large knuckle guards

Added larger Puig knuckle guards, did not need or use heated grips at all during 3h ride.

Ok, it was probably slightly above 10° C during test ride, but ekstra hands protection from airflow is very noticeable.

Also, they look good, even better when Puig touring windshield is on (now is off for lack of "touring" thingy 😀) with matching dark tint.
