I had just completed valve adjustments and wheeled her out of my storage unit. Though my face conveys constipation and agony, I was actually experiencing sheer joy and excitement ?(note: I did not ride in that attire)

I had an ‘05…valve adjustments were fun with 5 valves…had to grind my feeler gages down narrow enough to get them to fit…LOL

  Dennis S., she was an 07. fun indeed!! lmao and absolutely have to grind them down to get an accurate reading. After new shims and what seemed like decades(two weekends)- I was ready to see if the work paid off. Ticking stopped and she ran smooth as hell?

    Ace Munro, I only had about 3 exhaust at the edge of adjustment. Got them adjusted and sold the bike a couple months later to a guy I work with…that guy kept it for about a year and sold it to another guy I work with and he totaled it in about two weeks. It was very near showroom with 24k on the clock…made me sad…I had it for 13 years and it barely had a scratch on it. Love my 2018 though!!!
