Oxley Highway in the rain

Rode from Tamworth NSW to Port Macquarie. Beautiful dry roads… until the twisties when they became beautiful wet, slippy roads with fog so dense you couldn’t see much road and certainly none of the stunning scenery that was out there. Still a great trip though 👍 will do again!

Out the other side of the twisties and some blue sky starts to appears…

On the straight, so now it’s bone dry and sunny 🤣 caked the back of the bike in dirt from an unsealed muddy section so thoroughly the numberplate was blacked out!

The only time I’ve ever arrived at a new location and felt the need to give him a quick once over with (2) buckets of soapy water. Absolutely filthy!
