Any advice on this paint job?

Hey everyone! So, I goofed the other day when installing my phone mount and scratched the tank. I ordered some primer and paint online and here are the results. I'm not super happy with it does anyone have any advice on fixing it or even starting over?

    Don't worry about doing a perfect chip repair. Your goal is getting it looking okay, and protecting the metal from corrosion. You can make it more complicated by sanding and polishing to get the final coat more flush, but if you don't have actual experience the chance of fucking your paint up even worse is very high once you break out the sandpaper.
