Anti theft wheels?

I was trying to think of an effective deterrent and I though what if we had self sabotaging wheels?.so if the bike is moved and not disarmed, then the wheels would deflate or burst somehow, like a device on or in the wheel causes it to rapidly lose pressure. I wonder if thats an idea worth pursuing, what do you think?
