Tools for motorcycle travel

Hello friends!

An important thing in luggage is tools. I've heard that some people go without everything. Not a single wrench with them, not even blue duct tape at the bottom of the case.

On the other hand, it's impossible to foresee absolutely everything. And you can't take a spare bike with you.

I'll tell you what I take with me. I warn you, it is not a super small kit, and has a certain weight.

Also, this year I reworked it and added/removed a few things.

On the other hand, you can't anticipate everything. And you can't take a spare bike with you.

I'll tell you what I take with me. I warn you, this is not a super small kit, and has a certain weight.

Also, this year I reworked it and added/removed some things.

First of all - I recommend buying a tool roll. Or a tool roll. I have a Kriega because I basically have a Kriega of a brain:)

In this handy accessory you can put only what YOU really need and use.

Twists come in many forms. Big and small, even the same Kriega.

I got the one in the picture. This size seemed optimal to me. And then? Well, it depends on the bike. What kind of bike you have.

The more tools you need, the thicker the twist will be.

What should I put?

Screwdrivers or ratchet bits.

Small pliers.

Wrenches of the most necessary diameters.

The necessary heads (it is better to buy a bunch of those that you need).

Ratchet.

Divorcing wrench.

Hexagons (+imbusy in my case).

Thread locker.

Chain locks.

Tourniquets/patches for cameras.

Bicycle or Beacon mounts (they are good because they have keys to twist the wheel axle nut).

Sealant/glue/tape/protectant, heat shrink, cold weld.

All of this is wonderfully placed in a twist, and hidden not too far away, because you understand, it is better to take such a closer. Quickly fix the problem, and drive on.

In my first long-distance trip, I took tool kits in ready-made cases. They take up a lot more space, but it's better than nothing! So if you don't want to bother with your own personal kit, this is also a good solution.

Modern manufacturers offer ready-made compact solutions.

Like the Gross kit. Very small, however, despite its size is quite adult and for adult solutions to problems. Many endurists carry such a kit with them.

As I have already mentioned above - it is impossible and simply impossible to foresee everything.

But some things are still better to be warned. Ah yes!

It is great if to this set, which you will collect for yourself - you will have the minimum skills to use all this.

It's better to practice before you go out. Or you can do as I did, buy the best bike in the world, and practice to improve your skills all winter.

Write in the comments what I forgot and what you take with you!

Thanks for reading this, hugs to everyone!
