A lovely day for a ride. A quick stop at Hawkins Lookout and then down to the Webb's Creek Ferry to St Albans for a coffee at the Settlers Arms Inn, then (due to bad planning) a 20km trip along a good...

It's early enough in the season to still get some good gaps between campers and trailers piddling along....

Once to the Weser River. Crossed by ferry near Hemeln. And then back overland on a winding route. It was soooo much fun again. ...

And a chain cleaning and lubrication. I used 10W50. The old oil from 5,000 km ago was still clear, just a little dark. I'm so happy to be able to do this basic maintenance myself. Here we go again f...
