Misted speedometer - first failure!
As it turned out, the owners of new Honda Rebel CMX 300/500 for 2016-2017 divided into two types: those who have noticed that the speedometer pass water, which later condenses inside, and those who haven't noticed.
When you call in the official service, say about that problem again (from the company Honda) don't know anything, and offer to disassemble and clean the speedometer. That does not solve the problem.
So far, my dealer suggested to wait for a problem before the first service, and there to act on the situation.

It talks about the problem. This is caused due to the fact that the sealed layer is applied manually and will be fixed automation.
Also it says that the new batch of speedometers that problem no more. And you need to go to the dealer to change the speedometer until will not get a new batch :)
I sincerely hope that when you replace a speedometer they will not dump me the mileage.
If for some reason there is no possibility to replace the speedometer, it is possible from time to time to take it apart and clean it yourself. In extreme cases, you can fill everything with silicone.
