The fender.

Having my wheels with the tires I did a hastily reassemble them on the frame.
I start from the back.

I suspected a little but this is checked, this new larger wheel than the original tire will lick the ass of the saddle during his travels.

I had planned to climb higher performance dampers so I took the opportunity on to calculate the required spacing.I continue to work with this setting.

I finished removing the original fender and shortest severs.

A simple cleaning and chromium is revived.

I severs its lower left side to allow the passage of the drive belt. In the photo we see that it is rusty inside (I'll blaxonné) and also that it is dented.Back in the studio for mudguard ... and I leave my briefcase bodybuilder for cosmetic surgery.

So renovated I put in place and the bolts on the door license plate that I had left for this purpose under the back loop of the saddle support.Incidentally I am pleased that it fits perfectly to the frame and that its radius of curvature corresponds to that of the wheel.

But a single attachment point is not enough. I'll fasten it with the support of the battery box with two small legs that I make in the aluminum 1mm thick.I fixed the plate gate number ...

Then I move to the front. Having turned the fork and wheel ...

I bolted the same original media if it seems too big and "present." We shall see to lighten ...

I take the mudguard, severs the max and lime a little. It's really "mini-mini." At the expense of the efficiency of the dusty and stony paths I chose aesthetics.
Meanwhile, I received the shock absorbers I ordered.
