Travel to the edge of the world.

Without changing the dream and going to our goals, we chose a date, made an approximate route. Riders: Urgis and his navigator Inna. We have traveled through seven countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Italy.

The route was corrected on the road. Having arrived on the border with Poland, we opened insurance for the motorcycle (22 euro for 14 days). The Polish border guards checked the bike and all out things, which were carefully and compactly packed into the trunks.
In Bialystok we bought food. The next point was Warsaw, where our friend Paul helped us to buy and re-take tires.

We spent great time in the capital of Poland, but when it began to darken, drove towards Wroclaw, stayed for night on a parking with free wi-fi, summer houses, tables with benches.

And now the most interesting starts. Small towns with old houses and red tile roofs, streets lined with paving stones, excellent roads, very pleasant to ride on, mountains with castles, snow caps on rocks, Swiss Alps, where you understand how much you are small, the only thing you can see are huge mountains, their slopes and peaks. The sky is only above. On the slopes of the mountains you can see the lost clouds. They hang so low that it seems that you can reach out to them. Where else can you see how the sky becomes lower than the earth, if not in the mountains?

In the Czech Republic, in Prague, we got lost… Thanks policemen, who helped us to find departure in the direction of Austria.

Austria and Switzerland are indescribable views and landscapes of mountain lakes, mountain rivers, waterfalls.

The weather changes very quickly, a little while ago the sun was shining and it was clear, but in the next moment the sky became cloudy and it started drizzle.

Italy has replaced the freshness and coolness of the Swiss Alps with the heat, and the only way out of it was the sea.

We spent the night on the seashore, and it was really indescribably to wake up with the sound of the sea.

In the same town they got to the holiday, it feels like all the residents are a big family, they gathered on the waterfront, played blues and rock'n'roll music, there were also a lot of custom bikes, skaters, surfers, poured free champagne and had fun, we of course joined them.

The journey took 10 days. The mileage is 5000km.

It was spent 650 euros (22 euros for insurance for the bike, 250 euros for a fine in Switzerland for the unacceptable depth of the protector). First we were given 700 euros, after two hours of communication through a computer interpreter, the policeman was convinced that there was no money on our credit cards and he took all our cash, 250 euros. 30 euro we spent on Italian toll roads. The rest was for fuel, food, souvenirs.
Our tip: always take raincoats, don’t keep all your money in one place, have a first aid kit, a repair kit in order to fix tires (it helped us in the Czech Republic). It’s better to buy food in supermarkets where it is several times cheaper than in shops on the autobahn and touristic centers.
We have received a storm of emotions, impressions.
The Swiss Alps and the Italian Riviera are conquered ...
