Gatineau to Québec city - Via 138

Route 138 from Montréal to Quebec city is Quebec’s oldest route. Built in the 1700 by the french, named Chemin du Roy, Kings road, is magnificent. It goes from village to village bording the St Lawrence seaway. Old french houses, beautiful churches and restaurants. If you wanna go to Québec in no hurry, to take hwy 40, take 138 north.
