Seems to sit here at cruise and only drops one bar if im coasting down a hill etc

it is very common for the temp guage to hover in the middle. However you have 5 bars so it makes it look like it is running a bit hot. You may consider a coolant flush and fill depending on your mileage/hours since the last.

Replacing the fork seals on my bike and I can't get the shaft to come out. I've put the forks in a clamp and violently pulled to no avail. The other one came apart just fine. Any ideas? 08' CBR 600RR...
