Next, we remove the motor chain guide screws and then the chain itself.
Now we can remove the middle drive.
As well as the shift shaft with the stopper.
That's all here, we can move on to the clutch cover.
We unscrew three bolts and remove the water pump drive chain tensioner mechanism.
We remove the clutch basket and the one-way clutch assembly. The previous mechanics somehow assembled the clutch incorrectly, mixing up the discs.
The crankshaft gear:
The motor chain.
We take out the oil channel screen and are astonished by the abundance of gunk and sealants.
Now we can split the engine and remove the gearbox.
The issues turned out to be:
A rounded gear
Another damaged gear:
