On May 6, the Women's World Record Race 2018 starts. Four women on their motorcycles will embark on a trip around the world to set a new record. The task is simple: to ride their motorcycle around the world as fast as possible. The current record for the grueling 15,374-mile route for the fastest circumnavigation by motorcycle took only 16 days, 12 hours and 19 minutes, and was set by Ursom Pedraita in 2014.

The competition was organized by Urs “Grisu Grizzly” Pedraita, famous for his Victory motorcycle trip, and the Grizzly Race Team. They will decide which rider claims the Guinness World Record for the fastest woman to circumnavigate the globe by motorcycle. The four riders will begin the endurance race simultaneously in their respective homeland. The route is 15 374 miles. Girls are expected to face complex challenges. They will visit some of the most remote areas on earth without assistance from a support team or chase vehicle.

In total, the route runs through the territories of 16 countries, with planned stops including Ace Café locations in Orlando, Barcelona, London, Luzern and Lahti. The route is the same for everyone.

Participants:

- Faith Ahlers, USA, Indian Chieftain Dark Horse

- Isa Müller, Sweden, BMW S1000R
