Now famed motorcycle designer has presented a new electric motorcycle brand “Fuell. But he’s not alone in this venture. Buell has teamed up with legendary engineer Frédéric Vasseur, the Alfa Romeo Formula 1 team principal and founder of Spark Racing Technology (which builds the Formula E racers) and entrepreneur, Francois Terny to launch the electric mobility brand.

The Fuell Flow electric motorcycle will come in two variants: 11 kW (14.8 hp - 125cc-equivalent) or 35 kW (47 hp - A2-licence equivalent).A rear hub motor is mounted in a single-sided swingarm with an off-center rear monoshock. Its advantage is that it frees up cargo space in the bike. The Flow should feature 50 liters (1.75 cubic feet) of cargo space.

Fuell claims that should be enough for 201 km for the Flow. Its charging should also take just 30 minutes on a 20 kW public charger. The price tag will start at $10,995.

The Fuell Fluid is an e-bike with a range of up to 201 km, which produces almost 74ftlb of torque from two 500Wh, removable batteries. It will be available in both 20 mph (32 km/h) and 28 mph (45 km/h) versions.

The electric bike features a mid-drive motor that uses a belt drive to transfer 100 Nm of torque to the rear wheel. It should start at $3,295 in America.

The company expects to begin deliveries for the Fluid e-bike this year. Don’t expect to buy a Fuell Flow electric motorcycle until at least 2021 though.

There is no information yet whether the bikes will be coming to Europe. So stay tuned!
