I really wanted to make a bobber. Well, it's good that it did not work ....... Part 3

PART 3. Last details.

While working with the bike, decided not to cut the rear wing. Firstly, the wing came in perfect condition,
in the second, we have a rainy summer. The best option is to buy another wing (donor or ready).
And change the style if you want it.
With painting everything is simple: I picked up everything and transported to the painting house. Ideally, you'll find a painting master who rides a motorcycle. It will be easier to explain what you are waiting for in the end.
Both wings had a lot of extra holes, like a sieve. I decided to weld almost everything, leave only the necessary
for fastening. I did not want to set the stock light of the stop signal. I welded all the holes for the rear light.

Everything was done in a week.

I really wanted to collect everything. But they advised me to wait a week until the paint completely
will not dry out.
We mark out everything and drill.

The wiring was completely replaced, adjusted to a new headlamp, parallel duplicated wiring harness to the bracket with the state number.

I decided to put turns on the brackets, and not on the wing as it was. And the wiring is easy to hide inside them. This is what concerns the rear wing. But it didn't work with the front wing, until saw the bracket under the chandelier. At both ends, the tube was shortened by 4 cm, I picked up pieces of rubber hose and pressed it into the tube.
The rotors were screwed in very tightly, the chrome wear on the tube was tightened by a black heat shrinkage.
That's the result...

After the final assembly, something was missing. I liked four playing cards,
which I saw by chance. So I printed them and decorated the tank.

So what do you think??? Do u like it???
