Motorcycle craze.

Story of my life.
I grew up always wanting a motorcycle but was never able to get one. Now in my late 30's I took the riding course, got my riding licence and started off with a CB125F in January 2020. By August of the same year I was buying the XL650V Transalp. Now, barely six months later, I'm itching for a third bike. Eventually I know I have to get a cruiser.
Question is; is this relatable to anyone else? Is it just the outcome of decades of repressed wish to ride? Whatever it is I find riding very soothing to my stress and almost therapeutic.

Well done for taking the leap. I know plenty of people who have a burning desire to ride bikes but circumstances hold them back, family, cost, confidence, lack of safe parking, etc. Those that do make the jump, like you, love the experience and become life-long bikers!

Russell Taylor, some people crack me up. saying they can't ride because of their family, or they can't afford it or blah blah blah. and it's really hilarious for somebody to tell me that they would love to have a motorcycle, but they can't afford it, yet they've got a $40,000 truck. ?

A lot of us completely understand you. My motorcycles are a testament to that very same thinking. I was wondering was I trying to make up for the years I didn't ride or never owing a motorcycle. I am glad I stepped into the arena and looked past my doubts. To me it's been worth the ride. I purchased 4 in the first year (2019) and 2 at the end of last year (2020) days apart. I can definitely relate?
