I’d love to throw a tag add some shocks on this bike and run it on the street.

Unfortunately I haven’t seen the title since about 1988...

    It was registered in a different state....do you think I can get on their DMV website to submit a form? It’s a 10 hour drive.

    You should be able to get a new title. Actually, check the DMV's website there and/or your current residence.
