How to Stretch a Helmet

Have you got a Helmet that is

too tight. A snug helmet is just right. A loose or tight helmet is no good. Here is a process to fix a tight fitting helmet for safety and comfort. Instructions included.

    I had a similar problem with my helmet. Took one too small as at the shop it felt tight enough not to move on my head but after an hour's riding I felt my brow and temples would be about to implode. After the second washing of the interior padding/lining, the issue seems to have resolved itself. Either the padding shrunk or my head got smaller. 🤔😂
