Are my brake pads glazed??

Irecently switched brake pads but they started making a screeching sound after the first ride. Ussualy when riding at about 15- 20 km/h it happens even when im not braking.

    doesnt really look like they are glaced but its hard to tell from the picture. what i can tell you from the picture is that your brakes need maintenance. the wear is very uneven wich leads me to believe that your pistons dont apply the same pressure. that could also be the reason why the brakes are screetching.
