Pinlock issue

Hi i recently bought the AGV K6s and it came with a Pinlock 120 fog resistant lens. I tried many times but the pinlock just doesnt fit. Even tried bending the lens out of my comfort zone but nothing. The pins are pointing outwards. Really not sure if i'm doing something wrong.

    Have you tried pulling the shield apart slightly while pushing the 'raised' part of the pinlock lens in place at the same time? have three different pinlock helmets with inserts. Sometimes, it takes a few tries and i have to force them in place. Also, double check it's the correct insert.
