Topup Engine Oil

Hi im using Kawasaki Er6n and just did a engile oil service yesterday. The mechanic used 2L(2 bottles) however he didnt use all of it, only a few ml left and gave me the rest of it, just asking is it okay to topup the engine oil after a few months?im using full synthetic oil btw
