Why don't motorcycles come with built in alarms?

I get it might be annoying some points and most motorcycles don't have key fobs to turn it off from a distance but it seems like motorcycles are advanced enough, that should be a baseline feature especially with theft rates on the rise. That and or built in GPS just seem like a no brainer to me but I'm also a rider not a builder.
