Time to head back to the mainland

This time I went from Hobart to Bothwell, Miena and the Great Lake to Deloraine and then Devonport. This is a fantastic ride! I thought the Poatina approach to Hobart was fun (and it is), but the scenery on the way to Deloraine is breathtaking! And the road is built for motorcycling. Description can't express the fun to be had!

Lunch at Deloraine was a happy surprise, a cafe offering chicken, apricot and rice. Mama Buzz Cafe has a great view from the back of the restaurant and well priced, tasty meals.

From Deloraine to Devonport was a pedestrian affair, a simple ride. On the ferry over there was only 5 motorcycles, on the return trip about 80 machines! It seemed that all states were represented Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and NSW, probably others.
