Once again we had a great weekend at the Trident Rocket Three Owners’ Club France rally in Melun

A new venue which, although there were some doubts about the location, in the Gendarmerie officer training school, it proved to be a great venue. The run out was to a former aviation factory which is now a museum. We then had a picnic in a factory which refurbished planes and looked like it had just closed and the doors locked. Then we saw there were many planes under refurbishment. We had a guided tour before seeing a couple of triple race bikes exercised next to the runway. A trip to Chateau Blandy gave a photo opportunity. If anybody has wondered about going to this rally, we can thoroughly recommend it. Accomodation was in a hotel or bunkhouse on site and meals were served in the academy restaurant. All food was excellent.
