Kawasaki ZX6R Simple Maintenance
The bike refused to start and run normally.
I looked in the tank and didn't like what I saw. So it's standard to remove the carburetors and valve cover.
There's a hell of a lot of stuff inside the carburetors. And you're getting a lot of that crap.
While I was trying to get the dirt off, it looked at me askew, and at times seemed to move, trying to bite my finger. It's hard to tell what it is, it was very thick on the walls of the fuel chamber, hard to pick with a screwdriver, and inside very soft like earth, and sticky like marmalade. The necessary solution in the ultrasonic washer and temperature of 85 g. solved the problem.
Naturally, all this was then synchronized and adjusted.
The clearances deviated from the norm almost two (!!!) times, although the bike looked very nice.
After the fall there was an oil leak from under the ignition cover and the crack itself, cured with a new gasket, composite material from inside the cover and a bolt replacement.
All this combined with new quality plugs gave the desired result, the engine easily revved up to the cutoff, ran smoothly.
I will add that for preventive purposes it is necessary to clean the tank and change the fuel filter.
