Part 6 - Engine Assembly Daytona T100R

New Primary chain, clutch basket thrust washer, and rollers:

The chain, crank sproclet, and clutch basket all have to go on together. It's a bit of a dexterity test to get it done without spilling the 20 loose clutch basket rollers . I think I had the assembly on and off three times before it was all right.

The oil pump is fairly simple. Springs were OK. Installed new balls and new aluminum drive block. Don't do what I did and install the oil pump before the intermediate timing gear. The gear has to go in first.

 Intermediate wheel gets new bush:

 Everything fits now. Note the timing marks on all the gears. It's important to get them right.

The gearbox outer cover holds the gearchange mechanism and clutch actuator.

Ready to install the gearbox outer cover. The red stuff is Loctite 518.
