Oil in Coolant?

I flushed my coolant last night and there was oil in it, also it was very milky. So then I decided to just change my oil to make sure there wasn't any coolant in it and there indeed was not coolant in oil. What do you guys think this might be?

    You have a leak, either too small to let coolant through or oil pressure is enough that it won't let coolant through. Check head gasket.

    it could be the water pump seals. The worst cenario is the head gasket.
