Vibration at high rpm

Recently started noticing in 2nd gear and 3rd gear at higher rpms get vibrations through my foot pegs and seat. I'm not sure If this has always been there or not, just had a new rear tire put on at a shop last week and I've been extra aware of everything the bike is doing. Does anyone have this problem on an inline 4? When I pull in the clutch or shift to lower the RPMS the vibration goes away. ls it something to worry about and what should be checking? already torqued my engine mounts to spec. The shop adjusted my chain while was getting the tire so I'm not sure it's that as I've checked the tension. Honestly can't remember if it vibrated this bad before and that's frustrating.
