ZX6R 4 gear slipping direction

I just changed the clutch it was my first time 4th gear is still slipping it stay but once you add throttle, it drops back down to three before the clutch change it didn't even recognize 4 I would have to skip 4 quick and go to 5 can someone point me in the right
