Oil in Spark plug tube

Hey I've recently had problems with idle and an oil leak, fount that the front right coil has oil in the tube, anyone knows why and what seals should change? Could this be the cause of the bike not being able to idle?

    The spark plug tube as an O-ring that can harden and leak over time.
