Epic first ride of the year

Dawn 'till Dusk starting from Whitehaven, Cumbria, to Penrith then up and over Hartside Pass and through Alston Moore. On to Haydon Bridge then Keilder Water for a stop. Then on to Hawick in the Scottish Boarders on the A6357, what a dream road!!! Hawick to Carlisle on the A7, great road then hit the M6 at J44 coming off at Penrith J40 before heading home on the A66 and A595. A tad chilly (-5°C at the top of Hartside Pass 🥶🥶) and almost no traffic on the minor roads, which was nice 👍
