The company from Hinkley prepares the next-generation monster with less cruising features and more street fighter anger. Triumph will release an all-new Rocket III in 2019.

The official Triumph design sketch of all-new Rocket III was revealed at Triumph’s annual conference. Do you like it? What concerns us, yes, definitely. By the way, they also showed a pre-production test mule, which is not too different from the concept. The detailing is very good, like the console swingarm of the rear suspension and the spectacularly designed three-into-two exhaust exiting through twin stubby slash-cut silencers, and the style overall.

MCN has learned about exciting technical details of the bike. According to preliminary data, the new Rocket III would deliver in excess of 180bhp from its new 2.5litre inline triple engine, which looks likely to exceed Ducati Diavel, Harley-Davidson FXDR and Yamaha VMAX. It is not surprising that the Rocket III will be equipped with an inverted-type fork, a set of Brembo M50 calipers gripping, cornering ABS, traction control, multiple rider modes, cruise control and even launch control.

Rocket III now resembles not a cruiser, but a giant street fighter on steroids. However, Triumph will certainly offer a wide range of additional accessories and different design options - from a street fighter to a motorcycle with chrome details, trunks and other options. We believe an announcement of one of the coolest power cruisers in history will be made early in summer.
