Sidecar Enthusiast

Saw this gentleman yesterday in bunnings Gladstone carpark his name is Leo he's 88 and bought this 1940 BSA/Dusting outfit when he was 13 years old , he said it had been in constant use since he'd owned it apart for about a week spent tearing down engine , gearbox and clutch and rebuilding it . Gotta be a contender for the longest owned and ridden outfit in the country bike is a 1940 BSA M20 .Sidecar a few years earlier.

Lovely. It's great owning a bike for a long time and enjoying it. We've got a BSA M20 too (I've made a video about it on YouTube) and really apprecaite its history and riding it. I have also went abroad with the bike and although the ride was though, I enjoyed every bit of it. 🙂
    Cheers.
