Well, to be honest, it depends on which bike I'm riding.
When riding my Z1000 for example, I like enjoy riding up to Xemxija and stop at the waterfront kiosk there. It has become a popular destination for bikes, especially on weekends.
when riding a different bike such as my little classic Suzuki TS125ER, I enjoy more riding it in the countryside and to places such as Dingli Cliffs.
Basically, if it is a big bike, I enjoy more open roads. When it come to little one, it would be more suited for narrow and calmer roads.
I am from Malta by the way. Apple's Eye (Għajn tuffieħa) and Ċirkewwa are also popular biker destinations on Sunday mornings. I do go to such places at times.
I like to have a run over to stawberry fields cafe going over on the old a roads and a64 then over to squires cafe trying to keep on the back roads then a long ride home
State Route 16 between Marion and Tazwell, Virginia is definitely at or near the top of my list. It's curvy, scenic, and an actual challenge. I keep ending up at the Railway Cafe in my hometown of Bassett though. It's only about four or five miles from my house, but I really like the food there.
