I think I found the holy Grail of aggressive ADV boots.
My Sidi adventure 2s are finally smoked after over 40k miles of hard use. They've been great but really want more protection ideally while maintaining waterproofness. Willing to give up flexibility but not comfort. Tried Gaerne Endurance Enduro, too wide, not waterproof. Leatt 5.5, not waterproof and severe pressure points. Some folks say they're very comfy but I could not stand them.
I've never been a huge fan of Alpinestars Tech 7 boots for motocross, I prefer the Sidi Crossfire 3 for superior protection to the Tech7. But now A* has the Tech 7 Drystar Enduro. Grippy sole, waterproof, and way more protection than any other adv boot.
It's a little stiff sure but not bad at all, and ZERO PRESSURE POINTS. just as comfy as my Sidi Adventure 2s.
Haven't tested waterproofness but as long as they're close ish I'll be super happy.
Very excited to have better protection for aggressive ADV riding while maintaining all weather capability and all-day comfort. Plus they look awesome hehe
