Squeaking brakes and hard warm start - 2001 ZX-6R

Hi guys, I'm looking for some advice regarding my 2001 ZX-6R. Brake Squeal:

1. I recently installed new Brembo sintered pads (cca 1500 km ago). Rotors look okay with normal wear, but every time I gently brake to a complete stop, they squeal. Is this normal for sintered pads on stock rotors, and what's the best way to fix it?

2. Warm Start Issue:The bike starts effortlessly when cold (with choke). However, if I ride it, get it up to operating temp, stop for a 15 minute break, and try to start it again, it cranks fine but refuses to fire up (choke off).
