Many manufacturers work with their technical partners for years to get knowledge and experience, but few of them can show off the same lasting partnership as Suzuki and Motul in MotoGP ... 30 years together! The famous Japanese corporation first performed at MotoGP in 1974 with a Suzuki RG500 (in 1974 it was known as the 500cc Grand Prix World Championship). But Suzuki really made its mark in the modern era since the beginning of cooperation with Motul. Aside from winning two world titles in 1993 with Kevin Schwantz and another in 2000 with Kenny Roberts Jr, over the years Suzuki has won 39 victories, including the title of Maverick Viñales in 2016.Over the last three decades, special oils have been developed especially for Suzuki’s engines, including an exclusive, experimental lubricant for use in Suzuki’s MotoGP prototypes, which responds to the extreme conditions of the top level in two-wheeled competition. 30 years of collaboration have helped in the development of Motul’s Factory Line, a racing-oriented range of products, which is also used by the Suzuki MotoGP team. This year team Suzuki MotoGP’s bike the GSX-RR is in the hands of Grand Prix winner Andrea Iannone and young Spaniard, a former Moto2 champion and Rookie of the year, Alex Rins. MotoGP remains at the top of the competitive motorcycling world. Year after year, it is a "laboratory" of Motul for testing new products intended for sale in more than 90 countries.
