The VR46 Moto2 / Moto3 teams appeared on the Italian version of X-Factor to unveil next season's riders and bikes. For the third year in a row Valentino Rossi’s VR46 team used a live TV appearance.

The new colors are black, dark blue and silver.

In the previous season, the VR46 team won the Moto2 championship title with Francesco Bagnaia, who’s going to continue his career in MotoGP. VR46 has promoted Nicolo Bulega to replace Bagnaia, while Luca Marini (Rossi’s brother) becomes unofficial team leader.

"It will be a special season in Moto2, as everything will change with the new engines," said Marini, who took five podiums in the final ten races. "After the surgery to the shoulder in November, I started the recovery process, but every day the feeling is better and the goal is to recover at 100% for the start of the season”.

Bulega hasn't been on the podium since 2016, but the bigger Moto2 Kalex should be better suited to his size. So the results will definitely get better.
